The Advantages of MindOS:
"The Operating System of the Human Mind"
For centuries, we have used storytelling and pictures to learn the lessons of our culture. Through this course, we can for the first time make the invisible world of psychology, visible. Therefore the solutions to any dilemma you have in life will also become visible right before your eyes.
All psychotherapy or “coaching” ever given has always been in VERBAL form “talk-therapy”, “talk-radio”, and “books-on-tape” all rely on words, not pictures. But in learning this new science, you will instead learn how to take a blank sheet of paper and draw a picture of what amounts to your very “soul.” This thing which contains your psychology inside has been called “soul”, “psyche”, “self”, “personhood”, and many other words that mean “me”.
What you are about to learn is how to work the tiniest controls of that “psyche” and make it more effectively work with others. Its anatomy and mechanics will appear before your eyes on paper.

Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still.
- Chinese Proverb
Through easy-to-understand language, you will also learn the real, practical meaning of those once vague terms such as “self-esteem”, “confidence”, “intuition”, “stress”, and a host of other formerly confusing verbal labels. Their meaning will be VISIBLE to you, and you can put these scientifically sound principles to work right away.
As a psychiatrist, I have taken the most advanced principles of my profession and put them into simple instructions. Why? Because today’s business environment makes it a necessity - I don’t want the average person to miss out on the power that today’s expensive psychoanalysis contains, and which most of us can’t afford.
By learning to break all the parts of life’s trouble into chewable bites, you will see that they are all composed of three elements—“unhappiness”, “failure”, and “being trapped.” Many people believe these are the same. They are not.
When people say they are miserable, or confused, or “feel empty”, they are really talking about some combination of these three things. Look at any personal problem you have ever had and you will see that it was made up of some combination of “unhappiness”, “failure”, or “being trapped.”
Unhappiness is based on emotion. Failure is based on lacking the types of intellect to reach a goal. And “being trapped” is based on lack of decision-making power.
Luckily, we have all kinds of psychological resources inside, no matter how depressed, anxious or confused you have ever been. These resources can all be grouped into three categories too - emotional energy, intellect (ideas), and decision-making power.
When we use these three kinds of resource effectively, we win three rewards that solve any problem we have ever had—happiness, success, and freedom. These are based on emotion, intellect, and decisions, respectively.
So—if we learn together how to divide all problems into emotional, intellectual, and decision-based parts, we can solve any problem effectively. In the place of a life of problems will be a life of happiness, success, and freedom.
